Sat 07 Oct 23 – LAS VEGAS

Today, enjoy a full day Las Vegas style.

Walk the famous Strip lined with mega-resorts, place a bet at one of the many casinos, dine at world-class restaurants, catch the latest must-see show, shop designer boutiques, ride a rollercoaster, lay by the pool, enjoy breathtaking views during a ride on the all- new, 550-foot tall High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel … the list goes on.

Sun 08 Oct 23 – LAS VEGAS

With so many things to see and do, you’ll welcome a second day at leisure in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Mon 09 Oct 23 – LAS VEGAS – GRAND CANYON – FLAGSTAFF

Depart early this morning and make your way to Kingman, one of Arizona’s hidden treasures.

En route, Hoover Dam makes for an awe-inspiring stop. Once in Kingman, join Route 66 and travel along the longest stretch that remains of this historic route to Seligman.

Evidence of the old road can be seen all along Seligman’s main street where motels, cafes and numerous gift shops beg to be explored. Continue to Grand Canyon National Park, a natural wonder that you simply have to see to believe.

Spend time discovering the distinct South Rim of the canyon before making your way to Flagstaff whose historic downtown charm attracts visitors from all over the world.

Tue 10 Oct 23 – FLAGSTAFF – KAYENTA – MONUMENT VALLEY

This morning, head north to Kayenta, the gateway to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park.

This great valley is framed by scenic clouds that cast shadows on the desert floor and boasts sandstone masterpieces that tower to heights of 400 to 1,000 feet.

These fragile pinnacles are surrounded by miles of mesas, buttes and windblown sand, and the angle of the sun accents their graceful formations providing colorful scenery that is simply spellbinding.

Wed 11 Oct 23 – MONUMENT VALLEY – ARCHES NATIONAL PARK – MOAB

Today it’s on to one of Utah’s Mighty 5, Arches National Park. Once in the park you’ll discover a landscape of contrasting colors, landform and textures unlike any other in the world.

With over 2,000 natural stone arches, in addition to hundreds of soaring pinnacles and giant balanced rocks, this red rock wonderland will amaze you with its formations and inspire you with its most unique scenery. Just outside of Arches, Moab’s unique combination of small town hospitality and beautiful scenery has made it one of the most sought after destinations in the Southwest.

Thu 12 Oct 23 – MOAB – CAPITOL REEF

Journey today to Capitol Reef National Park. Located in the heart of Utah’s red rock country, Capitol Reef National Park is a hidden treasure filled with cliffs, canyons, domes and bridges in the Waterpocket Fold, a geologic monocline (a wrinkle on the Earth) extending almost 100 miles.

Fri 13 Oct 23 – CAPITOL REEF – BRYCE CANYON

This morning, make your way south to Bryce Canyon National Park. Famous for its unique geology, Bryce Canyon consists of a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters where the power of wind, water and geologic mayhem has etched the pink cliffs and shaped the colorful limestone rock into thousands of spires called “hoodoos.”

Sat 14 Oct 23 – BRYCE CANYON

Spend today exploring more of Bryce Canyon, or head to nearby Zion National Park. Zion is Utah’s oldest national park known for its incredible canyons and spectacular views.

Here, follow the paths of ancient native people and gaze at massive sandstone cliffs of cream, pink and red that soar into the bright blue sky.

Consider challenging your courage in one of the slot canyons in and around Zion National Park formed by the Virgin River and its tributaries.

Sun 15 Oct 23 – BRYCE CANYON – DEATH VALLEY

Today’s journey west takes you to the lowest elevation in North America, Death Valley National Park.

The Mojave is at its most magnificent with geological history on full display in this rugged, sublime section of California. Enhance your desert experience with a stop at Zabriskie Point offering spectacular views of the wildly eroded and vibrantly colored badlands.

Mon 16 Oct 23 – DEATH VALLEY – YOSEMITE

This morning, travel north into the High Sierra where Tioga Road, the highest drivable pass in California, leads you into Yosemite National Park.

Best known for its impressive waterfalls, grand meadows and spectacular rock formations, Yosemite was one of the first wilderness parks in the United States.

Tue 17 Oct 23 – YOSEMITE

Get outside today and delve into the depths of the park. Walk to a waterfall, each as distinct as the granite cliffs they dive over, or learn about the wonders of the park during a ranger-guided stroll. Explore a giant sequoia grove and meet the most massive trees on earth, or spend an evening under the stars.

With approximately 800 miles of trails, Yosemite is also a great place to hike.

Wed 18 Oct 23 – YOSEMITE – SACRAMENTO – SAN FRANCISCO

Leave the wonder of Yosemite behind as you journey west through Gold Rush-era attractions, Sacramento, California’s state capital, and on to San Francisco.

Considered one of the greatest cities in the world for many reasons, San Francisco offers one-of-a-kind sights and something to suit your every need.

Thu 19 Oct 23 – SAN FRANCISCO

With 49 square miles of amazing sights, scenes and destinations, there’s always plenty to do in San Francisco.

Spend a full day exploring the beloved City by the Bay’s neighborhoods, including Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square, Nob Hill, the Embarcadero/Financial District, and Golden Gate Park.

To experience something truly unique, walk along the railings of the Golden Gate Bridge or take a ride on an iconic Cable Car. Or, for a little piece of heaven on Earth, spend the day in Napa Valley whose picturesque rolling hills and wineries dot the landscape.
