1) We begin with Vail, Colorado which consists of a complex of three different ski areas that offer some luxurious resorts for holidaymakers. You can stay in comfort at the popular Vail Marriott Mountain Resort, or The Mountain House which includes world-class skiing and other superb holiday activities.
2) Skiing in the Deer Valley, Utah which offers a choice of six mountains namely the Bald Eagle Mountain, Baldy, The Little Baldy Peak, Flagstaff Mountain and Empire.
There are a variety of slopes for every skiing skill level and their state of the art ski lifts have heaters installed them.
Resorts in this area include The Chateaux, The Snow Park Lodge, the Stein Erikson Lodge and many others with great food after a day outdoors, try some other fun activities like tubing or sledding and of course skiing options and classes for all ages.
Their eight-passenger gondola takes skiers to the slopes in record time. Many tourists prefer to rent luxury homes instead of staying at a hotel as their are some really great deals for those who like self-catering holidays.
4) Whistler/Blackcomb, British Columbia offers over 1000 acres of incredible slops for skiing enthusiasts with the accommodation nestled beautifully below the alpine slopes. Visit the charming town with a population a little over 12000 and enjoy the quaint atmosphere and local charm.
If you want to enjoy a busier time with a fun vibe the best time to ski here is during June and July when the numbers in the town and nearby resorts swell to over 35000.

5) The Wasatch Mountains of Park City, Utah located just 32 miles from Salt Lake City offers skiers three awesome ski resorts within minutes of the Park City.

There are 180 new acres of skiing slopes now open to skiers on the Eastern edge of the mountain.

4) France has been popular for skiing however many of the accommodations are quite expensive, like the Val d’Isère and Chamonix. However, the French resorts are also famous for their colorful and exciting nightlife and socializing between skiing.
5) Scotland offers some great skiing holidays destinations with a famous popular option being at the Scottish ski resort ‘Aviemore’ located within the Scottish Highlands.
